1. Eligibility

To rent a bike with EasyPedal Rentals, you must meet the minimum age requirement and provide valid identification. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.

2. Booking and Payments

All rentals must be booked through our official website or at one of our rental locations. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Rental Periods

Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid additional charges. Extensions can be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Bike Usage

Renters are responsible for using the bike safely and adhering to local cycling laws. Bikes must not be used for racing, stunts, or any unlawful activities.

5. Damage and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the bike during the rental period. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacement.

6. Safety Equipment

Helmets and locks are provided with every rental. Renters are encouraged to use the safety equipment to ensure a secure and enjoyable ride.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
